After 33 years of providing exemplary hospitality services to residents,
businesses, and charitable organizations throughout the Central Pennsylvania region,
Doug Simon, owner of DJS and Snappy Chef Catering, announced his retirement and closure effective Monday, July 7, 2025.
The Casino is open and will continue to operate as an historic venue space in the region.
